I received a Master's in Software Engineering from Harvard University in 2022. After years of self-taught programming while working as a Mechanical Engineer, I decided to commit fully to software. Most of my skills are in Web Development, but I have a certificate from Harvard in Data Science and my mechanical background makes me passionate about IOT.

    This project is the codebase of a private company and therefore the GitHub repository is private. It is the only project on this portfolio that isn't open source. It is a search engine for industrial components created with Python, Django, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and hosted in Heroku and AWS.

    The website has been discussed in numerous publications. Here are just a few:

    FAABLab

    This project is an open-source project built with Python, Django, and React. It is a crowded sourced web application for gathering consensus data used for fantasy football. The consensus data is useful for making decision in fantasy football, but users can only view the data if they enter their own data, creating an incentive to participate.

    The data from the website is used by NBC as a focal point for their fantasy football articles. Here are some links:

  • Code-Breaker.io

    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Python, Django

    This project is an open-source educational tool built with Python, Django, and React. It was a capstone project required to complete a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from Harvard University. This project was complete by me and four partners.

    Code-Breaker.io is a tool that has been used in schools to help teenagers learn programming. The design and production of the application is extensively documented in the link below:

    This was a personal project to learn more about Internet of Things. It is uses a Raspberry Pi 4 connected to an LED Panel and 24VDC Power Supply. The Raspberry Pi runs bash commands that run various Python scripts. These scripts fetch up to date stock market data from an API and displays it on a LED panel

    The power supply simply plugs into the back. Once wiring is complete, the panel and Raspberry PI look like this:






    Upon powering up, the Raspberry Pi runs bash commands that run Python scripts. These scripts fetch up-to-date stock market data from Alpha Vantage's API
